It does not rely on or connect to any third-party algorithms, cloud platforms, external servers or third-party technical services. All camera capture, image synthesis and video processing tasks run locally in a closed device environment. Glursa never uploads, transmits or shares user captured videos, images and local recording data with any third-party platforms, organizations or individuals. We strictly implement a zero personal data collection mechanism and do not collect, store, track or analyze any user personal information, biometric data or usage records. The app has no behavior tracking or user profiling functions. All user media content is only used for local personal viewing and will never be reused for advertising, commercial promotion or technical training. All core shooting functions, imaging processing services and local content management features of Glursa are only open and available to users aged eighteen (18) and above. Only adult users who have reached the legal age of majority are permitted to download, install and use this application. The entire service operation process does not involve any third-party technical participation or external data transmission. All user shooting content and imaging data are processed and stored locally on the user’s device, with no data transmission to external networks or third-party servers.
